Will I receive an order placement
confirmation?
All orders receive an e-mail confirmation provided we
have a valid email address on file. Only printed orders
receive confirmation via fax.
You will receive an art approval within
48 hours of order receipt. Please call Boxercraft customer
service at 800-914-7774 with any questions.

This feature is currently only available with UPS shipments.
If your order was shipped via a carrier other than UPS,
you will need to copy the number and visit their website
to track.

What is your return policy?
No returns without prior authorization (15% re-stocking
fee applies). No returns on customized goods. Claims
must be made within 5 business days of receipt of goods.
Patterns/colors may vary by order due to varying fabric
lots. Policies and prices are subject to change without
notice.

Upon authorization for your return, we will provide
