Call Boxercraft Customer Service at 800-914-7774 and ask for our printed order specialist.

WILL I RECEIVE AN ORDER PLACEMENT CONFIRMATION?
All orders receive an e-mail confirmation provided we have a valid email address on file. Only printed orders receive confirmation via fax.

You will receive an art approval within 48 hours of order receipt. Please call Boxercraft customer service at 800-914-7774 with any questions.

HOW DO I KNOW IF I HAVE A BACKORDER?

WHAT IS MY TRACKING NUMBER?
Click here to go to “My Account” to see your tracking number on your past orders. Select the Invoice Number of the order you wish to track, then click on the tracking number to track the shipment. This feature is currently only available with UPS shipments. If your order was shipped via a carrier other than UPS, you will need to copy the number and visit their website to track.

HAS MY ORDER BEEN DELIVERED?

HOW DO I GET A REPLACEMENT ORDER FOR DEFECTIVE?
If this occurs, please call customer service at 800-914-7774 to an immediate replacement order.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
No returns without prior authorization (greater of $20 of 15% restocking fee applies) . No returns on customized goods. Claims must be made within 5 business days of receipt of goods. Patterns/colors may vary by order due to varying fabric lots. Policies and prices are subject to change without notice.
