UP AN ACCOUNT WITH BOXERCRAFT?

HOW DO I PLACE AN ORDER?
Place an order online, call 800-914-7774, or fax 404-351-3994.
WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?
-Blank orders placed by 4pm EST ship same day (UPS orders only). Credit approved orders only.
-Stock print orders ship 5 business days from the order
date.
-Personalized (name or number) orders ship 7 days from
art approval.
-Custom print orders ship 7 business days from art approval.
-Custom tie-dye orders ship 7 days from order date.
-Custom Rhinestone orders ship 2-3 weeks from art approval.
-2 Day Rocket Service - receive your order air delivered within 2 days anywhere in the USA
WHAT ARE MY PAYMENT TERM OPTIONS?
Net 30 to factorable accounts (Approval within 48 hours on most new accounts), Credit Card (MC, VISA, AMEX), COD
Certified Funds or Check (with approval).
HOW DO I GET NET 30 TERMS WITH
BOXERCRAFT?

it to 404-351-3994 Attn: Credit Manager. If you have been approved for Net 30 terms and you are over your credit limit or over max days, your order may not ship same day.
HOW CAN I PLACE A RIGHT OF RETURN/CONSIGNMENT
ORDER?
The program is available exclusively for
Tournament Dealers. You have 45 days to return unsold
items from orders of 300 blank pieces or more. There
is a $50 administrative fee and payment terms are
based on Credit Card or Net 30. Please note that Boxercraft
does not reimburse your return shipping costs. Credits can only be used for future Boxercraft orders. For
more information, please call customer service at
(800) 914-7774. Consignment orders are not available
online at this time.

immediately if you have ordered the wrong items online.
DO YOU DROP SHIP?
Yes, we offer drop shipping.
Please specify your drop ship address on your order
prior to checkout.
WHAT ARE MY SHIPPING OPTIONS?
We will ship by UPS, FedEx (must provide your FedEx shipping number), or your carrier. If you
would like to ship on your account number, please specify
on your order.
DOES BOXERCRAFT CHARGE A HANDLING
FEE?
A handling fee of $7.50 is added to orders shipping
on a 3rd party shipping number. |
