What colors are your stock designs
available in?
Stock butt transfers are available in white, black or
navy ink. Tee and rhinestone transfers are available
in the colors shown in the catalog or online. Stock
band, leg and sleeve prints are available in white,
black or navy ink...but are not sold separately, they
are only offered applied.
How do I place a custom embellishment
order?
We encourage you to place your order online (see below
for instructions), however if you prefer, you may Click
here for a custom print order and blank
item order form. Specify your items on the blank item
order form. Specify your printing on the print order
form. Fax your order to us at 404-351-3994 or place
with a customer service representative at 800-914-7774.
Please upload your art HERE.
You will receive an art proof within 48 hours of placing
your order. Please approve your proof promptly to avoid
prolonging your ship date. Custom printing
takes 5 business days from date of art approval.
To avoid art charges, please supply art
in one of the following formats:
- Corel Draw X3 or lower (.CDR)
- Adobe Illustrator CS3 or lower (.AI or .PDF)
- Encapsulated Post Script (.EPS) (Not a bitmap saved
as an .EPS)
Artwork submitted in any other format
than those listed above will be subject to art charges:
- $10 for orders with simple text (i.e. college block,
times roman etc)
- minimum $15 for a basic 1 color logo/design
- minimum $25 for a 2 or more color design
$25/hour for custom art. Quote will be provided at
the time of order.
1 free revision is included with your order. Minimum
$15 for each additional
revision. Revisions will result in delays.
Art is kept on file for 1 year, please
reference your previous sales order number if you are
reordering the same screen print. Reorders referencing
sales orders older than 1 year will require re-submission
of the proper art file.
For Custom Orders, you may select from one
of our available fonts, or you may submit your
own artwork. Please be sure that any submitted
artwork that includes a font has been converted
to curves/outlines so that the font will be
printed correctly. See the section above about
proper file formats and art charges.

To place your embellished order
online (stock or custom):
1. Navigate to the product detail page
of the items you with to embellish.
2. Click the "add embellishment" button.
3. Select the type of embellishment you would like.
You will only see options that are available for that
item.
5. Select the location on the item where you would like
to apply the embellishment. (some items only have 1
available location).
6. Complete the steps of the wizard, including colors,
fonts, text etc. and click submit. You will be prompted
to upload art if applicable.
IMPORTANT
Any embellishment added will automatically be the default
setting for all subsequent items of the same product
group (i.e. if you select an F44B and add a thigh print,
any F44 garments added after will have the same embellishment,
IF you select "add embellishment"). You may
remove or alter the embellishment at any time by clicking
the "add embellishment" on the product detail
page, or clicking "edit" or "remove"
next to the correct line in the shopping cart.
7. THEN enter the quanties you want for this item and
click "Add to Cart".
8. You may view your cart contents at any time by clicking
"Shopping Cart" at the top right of the screen.
Click on the "edit" button to review/update
any customization added to items.
How do I place an order online
for transfers?
To order unapplied transfers only, browse to the embellishment
catagory of the catalog and select transfers.
You may order stock butt transfers, stock Tee transfers
and stock rhinestone transfers separately. Our stock
leg, sleeve and band designs are offered applied only
(to order these, browse to the garment you want and
click the "add embellishment" button on the
product detail page).
Do you offer rush service and if so, on what
services and items?
Custom print orders can often ship in
less than 7 days from art approval for a 15% fee. Stock
print orders can often ship in less than 5 days for
the same fee.
How do I place
an order for custom rhinestones?
1. Browse to the item you'd like to apply
the rhinestone to.
2. Click the "add embellishment" button at
the botton of the product detail page.
3. Click on "custom rhinestones".
4. Select "front center chest" for the location.
5. Enter whether you want standard text or a custom
logo/art that you provide.
6. Select the color rhinestones you want in the design.
7. If you are using just standard text, you must specify
a font and "text to print".
8. Enter any additional notes in the "Instructions"
box.
9. Indicate if Art has already been sent in (a proof
was already done), by checking the "artwork on
file" box. Submit the design.
10. click "embellishment complete" then add
the quantites of garments you'd like to the cart.
