If you would like a custom rhinestone proof with your order, please check the box above that indicates "Rhinestone Proof". You will receive an art proof within 5 business days for most designs. Your order will ship with 2-3 from art approval/order placement.
For custom print orders, please place your order online and upload your art when prompted after clicking the "add embellishment" button on the product page. If you placed your order over the phone, please fill out the form above.
When you receive your art approval via email, please sign and fax back to the number at the bottom of the approval. Thank you.
