The Job Hiring Process

When recruiting external candidates for job openings, these are the four (4) stages that make up the Boxercraft hiring process.

  • STAGE 1 | JOB POSTING

    The Posting Opens A job opening is posted on our career page and other recruitment platforms

    The Posting Closes The posting closes after a specified period of time.

  • STAGE 2 | CANDIDATE SELECTION

    The Review All applications are reviewed, and qualified candidates are identified.

    Testing Testing may be necessary to verify fundamental skills or knowledge requirements.

  • STAGE 3 | CANDIDATE INTERVIEW

    Initial Interview Interviews are scheduled for selected candidates.

    Additional Rounds If required, additional interviews are scheduled.

  • STAGE 4 | FORMAL JOB OFFER

    Successful Candidates The successful candidate is informed, provides references, and awaits a response.

    Additional Rounds The successful candidate is selected and provide a formal employment offer.
