WHAT ARE YOUR MINIMUMS?
NO MINIMUMS on blank, in-stock items. 12 piece minimum on athletic pride printed pants and stock printed items. 24 piece minimum on custom printing, custom lined hoodies, custom rhinestones, tie dye and flip flops.

WHAT IS "EASY CASE" PRICING?
Mix and match colors and sizes within each product style to reach quantity breaks on regular priced stock apparel. For example, an order of any 12 Fuchsia Tees (T15F) and any 12 Black Tees (T15B) would qualify for the "24+" price break on all T15 items.

HOW DO I ORDER SAMPLES?
All customers receive 50% off samples everyday. Take 50% off the “<24” column price for each item.

Max 1 unit per ITEM (e.g. F19PK is an item). Two or more units per item code are billed at standard price.

Max 6 samples per customer per year. All sales final. Promo valid only for bona fide sample requests. Available on non-sale items.

Random printed samples available at 50% off “24” column price. Custom samples are not available.

CAN I GET SPECIAL PRICING?
Please call Boxercraft at 800-914-7774 to inquire about special pricing. Pricing discounts are extended to 500+ piece orders only.

DO YOU OFFER PRINTING?
Yes, we offer custom printing and stock transfer application.
We can match PMS colors and help with your custom art designs. Let us print the rear, waistband, vertical leg, thigh, shin, sleeve, hood, chest pocket, full chest, or center chest of our garment to suit your client’s needs.
We offer a wide variety of ink colors, foil ink, glitter ink, metallic ink, and 4-color process printing.

MAY I ORDER DIRECTLY FROM BOXERCRAFT?
We ship to any wholesale account. You must have a reseller Tax ID number to purchase from Boxercraft.

HOW CAN I GET THE NAME AND # OF A LOCAL DISTRIBUTOR?
Please call Customer Service at 800-914-7774. We can provide you the name of resellers in your area.

DO I HAVE A LOCAL SALES REPRESENTATIVE?

DO YOU SHIP OUTSIDE THE UNITED STATES?
Yes, international shipments are available. We will ship via FedEx, UPS, or your carrier.

DO WE HAVE A UNIQUE CUSTOMER NUMBER?
If you have ever ordered with Boxercraft, your customer number appears on your invoice (your customer number starts with a "C"). It can also be found on the "My Contact Info" page under "My Account" (if you have one). If you do not have a customer ID, simply place an order for 1/2 price sample(s) and you will be assigned an ID ("Order a Sample" button appears on each qualifying product page).

WHAT IS THE BOXERCRAFT PARTNER SITE PROGRAM?
The Boxercraft Partner Site Program is a duplicate of the Boxercraft Website with all contact information and logos replaced with your company logo, phone number and address. Online ordering is replaced with product specific question from the site visitor being sent directly to your email address.

You will receive graphics and HTML tags to place on your website, allowing your customers to browse the Boxercraft product line without you having to do all the work of maintaining hundreds of images and products on your site.

WHERE CAN I FIND A COMPLIANCE CERTIFICATE FOR YOUR PRODUCTS?
To request a compliance certificate for any of our products, please contact us at compliancecertificate@boxercraft.com. Please add the item the certificate is needed for in the subject line. A member of our team will respond with the required information within 2 business days.

The Consumer Product Safety Improvement Act (CPSIA) became a law on August 14, 2008 and is applicable to consumer products (including textile wearables and non-wearables) manufactured on and after November 12, 2008.

The CPSIA requires all importers and domestic manufacturers of apparel and other applicable non-wearable consumer products to issue Certificate of Conformity (COC) for every lot manufactured on or after November 12, 2008. It is important to note that both imported and domestically made products will require COC’s.
