How do I return an item?

We gladly accept returns within 30 days of the order shipment date. There is no charge for returns. How much does shipping and handling cost?

Enjoy everyday free shipping at Boxercraft.com with FedEx SmartPost. No minimum order required. You must select this option during checkout to receive free shipping. Other shipping options include FedEx Ground, FedEx 2-Day, and standard FedEx Overnight delivery. Shipping and handling costs are based on shipping weights. Do you offer gift wrapping?

We do not offer gift-wrapping services at this time. However, orders are shipped in sealed plastic packages and cardboard boxes to conceal the content of your package.

How do I enter a promo code for an online purchase?

To enter a promo code, select the cart icon located at the top right corner of the website. Enter promo code in the blank field under Discount Codes.

What is your tax policy?

The tax rate is based on state and local tax laws and the tax rate for your order's delivery address. If applicable, tax will also be applied to the shipping and handling charge.

Do you ship outside of the United States?

Boxercraft products are sold and shipped in the U.S. and Canada.

Can I get a price adjustment on my order?

We do not offer price adjustments when an item is purchased at regular price and subsequently offered at a discounted price.

Why is my online order limited to 6 items per style?

Online purchases are limited to six items per style, per customer to enforce our "no re-sale" policy. Please contact your Local Dealer for bulk orders.

Can I track the shipment of my order?

Yes. Go to My Account and sign in with your username and password. Under My Orders, find your order number and select view order. Select Track Your Order to view your tracking information.

How can I check to see if my order went through?

As soon as you submit your online order, you will be redirected to a confirmation page thanking you for your purchase. After your order is placed, we will also send a confirmation email to verify that your order has been received. You can also check the status of your order in My Account. If you have not received a confirmation email after 24 hours, please contact Customer Service.

How do I check the status of my order?

Login in and visit My Account to view your previous orders. Click on the specific order and a tracking number will be provided. If the status is In Process, your order has not shipped yet. Please be patient and check back for details.

Can I track the shipment of my order?

Yes. Go to My Account and sign in with your username and password. Under My Orders, find your order number and select view order. Select Track Your Order to view your tracking information.

Why am I receiving emails from Boxercraft?

After you place your order, you will receive transactional emails providing information on your current order. Some examples of e-mails you might receive are:

What is junior sizing?

A junior size cut features a silhouette made for young adult and teenager clothing. While it is considered an adult clothing choice, it is more fitted, has a lower rise, and generally cut straighter. Junior cut clothing is typically made to fit smaller waists and smaller bust sizes.

Do you offer customization?

We only offer stock designs at Boxercraft.com. For personalized garments, contact your local Boxercraft dealer. Dealers can provide personalized names, print locations, and a variety of embellishments for groups and teams.
