Need to Return an Item?
Thank you for your recent purchase at boxercraft.com. Your business is much appreciated! We hope you are happy with your order. But in case you're not, we gladly accept returns within 30 days of the order shipment date. There is no restocking fee. We do not offer exchanges at this time. However, as an alternative option you can return the original item and place a new order online. Please note, original shipping and handling fees are not refundable. Please call +1-800-914-7774 to be connected to a Customer Service Specialist that will be able to process your return.

Boxercraft Return policy
As soon as we receive your returned item(s) and they are processed in our system, we will refund the purchase amount to the original method of payment. A check may be issued when the original form of payment is unavailable for credit. Please allow approximately 2 weeks after your return has been received for your credit to be processed. A credit should appear on your account within two billing cycles. Full details about our return policy are as follows:
- All sales are final on reduced priced items. No returns accepted on sale items.
- Customized items cannot be returned.
- Please allow approximately 2 weeks after your return has been received for your credit to be processed. A credit should appear on your account within two billing cycles.
- We cannot accept cash on delivery (COD) deliveries.
- You must include a return address. For the safety of our employees, any package received without a return address on the outside of the package will be destroyed, and Boxercraft Inc. will not replace the contents of the package.
- All refunds will be issued using the original form of payment. A mail check may be issued when original form of payment is unavailable for credit.
- Shipping and handling is not refundable once an item has shipped from our facility.
- We do not offer exchanges at this time. However, as an alternative option you may return your unwanted item(s) and place a new order.
- Must receive items in original condition. Unworn, unwashed, undamaged, unused, and defective merchandise with all original tags attached may be returned.
- Return shipping costs are at the expense of the customer.
- All returns must include a printed copy of the return confirmation email with an assigned RA number and be addressed and shipped to the address below. Be sure to include your assigned RA number underneath your return address for faster processing.

Did we get it wrong we want to make it right! If we shipped the wrong item or packaged it poorly we will do our best to make it right by sending you a replacement at no cost to you.
